I started Northern QMS to have creative freedom and the opportunity to provide personalized service for my clients. The business was born in Traverse City, Michigan, and has grown to serve clients in Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas. I personally vet and train our team members to ensure that we share goals and work ethic.
